Your homemade candle(s) are made and being shipped from Conway, South Carolina. Much of the year it is very hot here, and the candles will melt and ruin in the mail trucks and planes.
We use dry ice during the hot months to keep the candles from melting. We also use insulation on all sides of the inside of the box. The candles are also wrapped individually to keep them safe and dry from the ice. When ice is in use we ship Monday-Wednesdays to avoid any extra time sitting and melting on weekends or holidays.

We can deliver or arrange pickup within 25miles of Conway South Carolina! This is an option at checkout here in Shopify.
